Keith D. Kulper, Founder & President, is keenly interested in developing and promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in the organizations served by the firm which include large multinational corporations, privately held companies, colleges and universities and not for profit organizations. Delivering flexible, highly personalized service that results in long lasting/impact hires is the hallmark of KULPER & COMPANY.
Prior to founding KULPER & COMPANY, Keith was a commercial banker involved with new product innovation, sales, marketing and client relationship development in the corporate banking division of Midlantic National Bank. Prior to that, he was a member of the Financial Systems Division of Chemical Bank in New York City a time when the bank was at the cutting edge of innovation and product development in the field. A “cum laude” graduate of Boston College, Keith went on to complete the requirements for graduation from The Stonier National School of Banking at the University of Delaware. His thesis topic, “Bank CEO Leadership Effectiveness” was based upon survey results from 135 active bank CEOs of US headquartered global, regional and community banks. This work was later followed up with the KULPER SURVEY: High Performance Commercial Bank CEO Management Process, which was successfully marketed to a variety of organizations interested in utilizing the findings to assist in their analysis of bank management effectiveness. Keith serves as Class Rep in the Delbarton School Alumni Association, is a member of the Harvard College Parents Leadership Committee and actively served on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the William Paterson University, Cotsakos College of Business. He is a co-founder of the Technology Management Education Association and the recipient of their special service award in recognition for contributions to the growth and success of the Association. In 2010, Keith was elected to the Delbarton School Hall of Honor.
